TLC Group is able to support other companies with managing developments on your behalf, performing what would normally be regarded as the employer’s responsibilities. Typically, this would involve agreeing a brief, appointing the relevant members of the project team and ensuring that we manage the activities of all parties to enable us to deliver the project objectives as efficiently and effectively as possible. TLC Group will apply a series of tools to each project enabling us to report in detail with any level of detail and at any given stage of the project.
