Our mission is to deliver the highest quality or care for our residents and provide them with a home from home environment.
Our teams are motivated to providing professional, respectful care and maintaining TLC Group’s exceptional standards. These standards stretch across the board, not just in relation to the care we provide, but also in our hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance and administrative services. We believe that qualifications and experience add to the expert care that our staff provides. We employ dedicated, well trained staff that provide both supportive and compassionate nursing care.
People today expect a great deal more from care homes, each expecting individual care. In conjunction with residents and their families, we create a tailor-made care plan which is regularly updated to ensure individual needs are constantly met. This includes finding out about your preferences, lifestyle and medical history.
We believe that qualifications add to the expert care that our staff provide. We achieve this by employing dedicated, well trained staff that provide both supportive and compassionate nursing care.
Some of our homes specialise in residential care for the elderly, whilst others are specifically for residents with dementia or other mental health care needs. Most of our residents are over 65 years, however some of our homes are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide a home for people below this age. Whatever the reason for you or your loved one coming to a TLC care home, it is imperative that we create a place that feels like ‘home’.
Hospitality
TLC Group currently owns and operates its first branded hotel in London and is currently looking to grow this business through new development and acquisitions.
The Holiday Inn Express London – Stratford is situated in the heart of East London, site of the London Olympics 2012 and just outside the congestion zone. It has excellent transport links and only a short walk from the comprehensive London transport system (including the Channel Tunnel rail link) Our clients include business people and leisure travelers alike.
Following an extensive expansion and refurbishment, we offer a total of 153 modern rooms plus the latest meeting room facilities for up to 100 delegates.
TLC Group is currently expanding its business portfolio through the addition of further operating leases, freehold site purchases or acquisitions of small branded / unbranded hotels.
Development
TLC Group work hard to ensure they achieve optimum success in all of their development projects enabling our end users to enjoy the benefits. TLC Group is well experienced in the complete development cycle from briefing through to completion and occupation.
As operators, we have extensive knowledge on the requirements of a building to enable businesses to operate efficiently and effectively and is able to apply balanced emphasis and attention to detail to any given development to achieve the right level of quality on time and on budget.
TLC Group is able to support other companies with managing developments on your behalf, performing what would normally be regarded as the employer’s responsibilities.
